Shipping to the United States

We offer free standard shipping to the United States with no minimum order.

Estimated timing

Order processing: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time: 10–25 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier availability, customs checks, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Direct supplier shipping and separate packages

Belovia uses third-party suppliers to ship orders directly to customers. Products may ship internationally. The Bible Verse Jar and Mary Pendant Necklace may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, at no extra shipping charge.

Tracking and address details

We will send available tracking information after dispatch. Please provide a complete delivery address. Contact tjasanovak54@gmail.com promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays, missing or damaged deliveries

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. Contact us if delivery is late, a parcel is missing or an item is damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes collected by Belovia are shown at checkout. Free shipping does not mean exemption from customs or import charges. If charges are not collected at checkout, customs authorities or the carrier may collect them from the recipient under applicable rules.
