Refund policy

90-day returns

We accept return requests within 90 days after delivery of the last item in your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the items must be unused, in the condition received, and include their original packaging and all parts. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Free return shipping

Belovia covers return shipping for approved returns from the United States, including change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Email tjasanovak54@gmail.com with your order number to request a return. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange the return and confirm the correct return address. Please contact us before shipping items back; do not send items to the supplier or our business address without instructions.

Returning the Faith Set

The Bible Verse Jar and Mary Pendant Necklace are sold together as the Belovia Faith Set. For a full change-of-mind refund, please return both pieces unless we agree otherwise. If one piece is damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem and include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it. Belovia will arrange a replacement, return or refund as appropriate and cover the return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need additional processing time. This does not extend any shorter refund deadline required by applicable law. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment. If an item has already shipped, please follow the return process. Your two pieces may ship separately.

Your rights

This voluntary 90-day policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods or any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.
